Two tools

I got out an walked around my yard and due to all the rain we have gotten I found these two tools in a small wash. A drill and a trutle back scrapers. You can see the use polish on the bit of the scraper.

My yard is nothing but 100 year old evergreens.... no way to find anything but a few logging relics. But I know there is a lot there never to be found.

I like seeing some other sides to the tool kit, thanks for showing the polish. That’s a little nuance that I haven’t been able to confidently grasp because I haven’t found many tools that show polish.
