U.S.A flags with 48 stars

I found these flags along with other old items in the basement of an old building. They only have 46 stars on them. I also found some old checks dated around the years 1923-1925, and a couple of old cardboard Coca-Cola signs. Anyone have any idea if there is any value to these flags?

Those flags were somewhere before 1913 . They are quite old
