I am suppose to sell this for a friend and don't know where to start or if it is even worth anything; if it is I'm selling it on my ebay page and donating 50% to my local animal shelter. It is 27mm diameter, Weight 13g. Looks like some dummy painted it as the gold color is worn off in places and I was able to scratch some of the gold color off to reveal silver color underneath. Not sure on the metal type but a magnet does not stick to it. A lot of the coin is cut off like it wasn't stamped right. Could it be a Spanish Reale

Peruvian 1710 8 escudos. A real one would weigh 27-28 grams.
But good of you to donate to the animals no matter what it brings.
