Metal Detecting
The writing is Cyrillic which usually means Russian or Bulgarian. I looked through pages of medals of both and didn't find it. Russians and Bulgarians do their ribbons differently so may be another Cyrillic speaking country. The crossed swords indicates it is a combat award. Hope you find out. Gary
