Update on Cob Pendant and ID Help

In earlier post I wrote that my dad purchased this cob back In the 80s and never got around to making into pendant for my mom. I got it back from jeweler

today and turned out pretty nice.
But I'm more confused about the coin. The authenticity letter said it was a one real cob minted in Barcelona. The coin guy told me it was a 4 reale.?
After getting home I see a P next to shield on reverse. Wouldn't that mean it was minted in Potosi, Bolivia? I don't know anything about cobs and like to know exactly what we have. I'm wondering if the authenticity letter was not for this coin?
About what date would it have been made?

From what I have read, P is for Columbia. You should be able to tell by the diameter too, a 4 reale is approx 34.9 mm and should weigh 13.74 grams., a 1 reale is 20.3 mm and should weigh 3.3 grams

I'm not very impressed with my coin dealer that he thought it was a 4 real. No where close on dimensions and weight. It does meet 2 real. 22mm. Weight is less, 6.2g, but maybe that is because of damage or erosion? Also the Bolivian mint was a P before using that dollar sign symbol. And I've found several Bolivian coins that look exactly the same. P upper left and I guess assayer letter below.?

Juan de Ballesteros Narvaez is the assayer if i am not mistaken.

1615 I think, like 2nd or 3rd period. We did a discussion on these cobs last year, and yes its from Potosi.
