Hello All,

I had one heck of a series of hunts. Please enjoy the video. Below are some photo highlights. Good lord, what a field!

Pictured below: a CW era pistol powder flask, a French absinthe bottle seal, a confederate M1841 Mississippi Rifle butt plate that nearly blew my ears off, a gemstone from a ring that I eyeballed, and a stunning 1854-O Seated Quarter. And of course there is a whole board of finds on the video and lots that can’t be included here—as well as the US box plate. Thanks for taking a look.

My wife also dug her first large cent in Virginia. She’s found some amazing things—many seated coins, a Morgan dollar, silver quarters, a FE cent, and a gold thimble… but a LC has eluded her until now!

I would say you had yourself some pretty outstanding hunts. What a great bunch of finds. Congrats to you!
PS- Love your pics too...especially the seated quarter peeking out of the dirt clod. Some first class digger porn.
