Found this pendant in the Delaware River.
I was magnet fishing around big rocks in 4' of water and spotted it laying in that little money spot where the current can't snatch it (downstream side)
I'm guessing it's bronze.

I'm going out on a limb here but I'm thinking you got the pendent part right, but it's probably 20th century. Nice find though.

Agreed, although the only probably is if it just creeps into the 19th C, but 20th C looks right.

It wouldn't have such a clean hole and loop on it if it was that old.
Sorry.
I feel like I'm being such a negative Nellie lately.

Is realism a negative thing nowadays?

Neat find Ragoo13. I've never tried magnet fishing, but it looks fun. I guess you never can tell what you're going to dredge up.
BTW- Welcome to T- Net. Don't be a stranger.

I have yet to find a gold ring in my 20 years of metal detecting.
That's a winner no matter what.

The manufacture looks 20th century. It is quite easy to find jewelry, charms, etc. with older motifs on them.
