Yesterday's 1931 permission netted this little (big) beauty. A 1945 Walking Liberty Half, complete with shovel ding. She read 95 three ways on the Legend so I was really hoping the plug would have something shiny! Having never dug one before, this is my third Walking Liberty this year. (Silver count 64 ytd) Boy do I love this hobby.

Welcomed back some other cool items too. A sterling silver religious necklace, a 1935 dog tag, 10 wheaties, a MO tax token, a key and 14 cents clad. This was one of those rare yards where I scored more wheats than memorials. :)

Bonus footage, my 9 year old grandson Cooper and his recent catch in our pond. Handsome lad, handsome fish. That turns out to be my second favorite hobby (just a different kind of hunting).

Thanks for peeking at my goodies and HH. Big luv from KC and Go Chiefs!

two and a half hours, after work. relatively small yard in older upscale neighborhood. temp in the high 80s but the humidity and mosquitos off the charts.
Thank you very much for your reply :)
