weird 1979 half with pic

Does anyone have any idea about a 1979 half with the dates 1960 on the left side of JFK and 1980 on the right side of him. I think I remember seeing one on this site. Any help would be great.

And to add this coin is wider then most other coins i have found, wider then a walker and a ben.

Any insight would be great

Not sure why someone has done this but we have got 6 or 7 of them this year a couple were Gold coloured & chrome plated too; do not know what the story behind them is(?).
