Well my first Water hunt of the year resulted in a funny way to find a ring! The water was way lower than normal and I was able to get out in deeper water. I was able to get a couple pair of sunglasses and than to my surprise a cell phone. It was in a waterproof case. At home later I was showing it to my wife and realized there was a ring inside the case. Turns out to be sterling silver. Now the question I have is there anyway to get into the phone to find the owner? Its a Samsung Galaxy 7 android. I know you can reset it to the factory settings if you can power it down. BUT I'm unable to power it down with out it asking for a pin number. Any advice????

Turn it in to your local police. They may be able to look it up by serial #.
