:hello:Hi,

This morning although hot, was ideal for detecting due to the mild breeze out there at low tide.

Once again, I hunted far out with nothing to show for it , so again I headed towards shore where there was a wide spread of low lying "muddy flats" with a bit of concave area and that's where I found a nice , small, 10K ring. Looks like most of it is yellow gold, with white gold "T" initial ( or cross). Was pleased to find it because.........

I was feeling a bit "down" yesterday and today; I had to put my dear, lovable cat , Romeo "to sleep" ( cancer of the bone); Hank and I will miss him so much.

Here's some pics

Thanks for looking

Lorraine

Jeff, if at anytime you get an opportunity to visit the Ct. shoreline, I'd be glad to introduce you to the beaches that I hunt...they are plentiful within 15 to 20 minutes of my home.

I am so sorry about your Romeo. I have lost "youngsters" before and it is so heartbreaking to see a cat in its prime suddenly go. At least his short life was filled with love and all the kitty comforts (and bow ties) he ever wanted.

Sorry for your loss of young Romeo. We lost 2 sweet family members 3 years ago within 5 months of each other. Rocky was a 19 year old Tibetan Terrier that we rescued after Hurricane Andrew and Cota was a 10 month old Yorkie rescue. The pain subsides after time, but you miss them forever. On the bright side, those are some great finds on that beautiful beach of yours.
