I think it says "Tony" Mar(ch) '03

I looked at 29 cast member's names and none appear (to my eyes) as being a match. Maybe it's of the photographer.

Tony was Gandolfini's character name in the show. Maybe he passed it out at a cast meet and greet or something. (unless that is an 'i' after the T and not a scratch)
