🔎 UNIDENTIFIED What time period is this fishing weight from?

I found an old lead fishing weight hunting at the river today. it has holes on both ends and is tear drop shaped. i researched online and found ones shaped like this but all of them had a hole at the top not 2 holes that go through the center.

It was probably cast with a swivel or clip, that has corroded, or was pulled out.

It is modern the 1 on it is for 1 ounce.
