Please I need help what's the easiest work from home job to do that pays okay during the pandemic?

What are your skills?
What kind of work have you done in the past?
Any field of particular interest?
Are you a good communicator? (written and verbal)
Any physical limitations?
Speak any language besides English?

Unless you have mobility issues, if you go into town and throw a rock you'll hit 10 or 20 places hiring.

If you have basic computer/typing skills, check call centers and hospitals. Not sure if they sent everyone back to the office in FL though. They probably did, cuz Florida. Sorry....

I'm honestly trying to help you, but I don't know the first thing about
you. I mean no disrespect, but your question is lacking in a ton of
needed information.

Other questions that are pertinent:

Do you live in a home with garage space that could be used for manufacturing
or assembling a product?
Are you thinking of an Internet/computer based job like customer service or
the like?
What do you consider as "pays okay"? Hourly, or by the completed project?

Sorry, but you can't just post up an enormously vague question and
expect serious responses. Put out the effort, and people will give you
their efforts back.

Dizz....the post was a ruse.

Apart from that, the internet gives anyone an amazing opportunity to research and learn. You can find almost anything, and learn almost anything, between the internet and your local library. If I was starting over, and wasn't already pretty set in a business, I would research what the needs of businesses are and how I could provide a service to meet one of them. One could call 100 businesses in an area, with a script, to find out what they wish someone would do for them... Learn it, and do it. But do it as a business of your own, and not as a job. One could do the same kind of survey of 100 homes in a wealthy neighborhood...knock and doors and do your survey. Find out what higher-end income homes wish that someone would do for them. Learn it, do it, charge the right CASH price for it.

No one will pay someone to sit at home in fear. Go do something.

Jobs from home: Mine is retirement, but that's irrelevant. So...writing, but getting a name for yourself takes years. Computer software work. Most done remotely these days, but competition is stiff and you need big skills there. Teaching - most states require a permit.

Easy at home, only thing left is Ebay or Etsy, but you have to acquire stuff to sell, have to do it right and beware the tax man. Keep strict costs of everything. Not hard, but very, very, very time consuming.

If you're on the west coast of Florida a lot of people collect and re-sell seashells, for instance. But if you are paying $20-40 to park on Sanibel, for instance, it may be a losing proposition.

I'm not so sure, but I do agree with your comments.

I think we need to consider that most young people in today's world
have grown up in an entirely different environment than most of us
older people. I've noticed that, not all, but a great many younger
people are lacking basic communication skills, mostly due to (IMO)
the vast numbers of one-line texts they read/send on a daily basis.

We've been taught/learned how to think our way through a problem,
but they have not, and now when they are entering the real world
of earning a living, they not prepared.

Just like your recommendations, above, us older guys/gals need to
pass on some of what we've learned and experienced.

During the pandemic, the best work at home is the work that will not take you all day. There are a lot of possibilities. You can even blog or become a virtual assistant of some company. Of course, freelance work is not a discovery for anyone. You can also try yourself in this field. But as for me, you need to look for a job that you won't get too tired of and won't take up a lot of your time. Therefore, you need to choose a position among the weekend jobs offers. In addition, part-time work will be very convenient for you, and you will have more time to deal with your personal affairs.
