You may already have this quick check list, but if not. Here you go.
Thanks so very much traveller 777, in answer to your question no we did not check the hardness and we use a knife blade that matches your attached chart at 5.5. I did not have that chart and appreciate you posting it.
We did not bring a sample home and next time on the claims will go and check. Thanks again & have a good one ....
