Excuse me sir, could you check out my vehicle. I seem to have a little vibration coming from underneath and thought you might be able to tell me what the problem is.

Car was probably bouncing up and down from all that vibration. Still can't look at the pic without cracking up...

Two famous customer statements come to mind:
"ever since" (in regards to work recently performed)
"it just started making noise yesterday" (even though the evidence suggests otherwise)
