Slaves were not "settlers" proper but ended up being forcefully relocated. Do you consider them settlers or immigrants? Ben Carson didn't recognize a difference.

Ben Carson is happily a Free-Man. He worked is azz off to get where he is today.

Some other men desire to be taken care of by a master of and relieved of personal responsibility. These types do not hold American values, they are quite content to be slaves and will use democracy to take everyone else down with them- including Ben Carson.

Even the Jews demanded an earthly king in the Old Testament. "To be like all the other nations and to judge us and fight our battles for us"- book of Samuel 1 and Samuel 2, iirc. So they got an earthly king, and they paid heavily for it...

Don't forget your history- the Jews were slaves in Egypt until they were freed. Moses did not free them, he was just the iinstument used. They were free-men as they wandered for 40 years, but they demanded a master. So The Creator gave them one. After that the Romans ruled over them.

Wasn't it Brock Turner, a white boy, who got caught literally with his pants down raping an unconscious girl behind a dumpster and the judge said he was worried about ruining his future if he penalized him too much? He served 3 months in jail.

If you see everything in black and white but all you can talk about is grey areas, then you probably come from trash culture.
