It is sub-forum of Pre-Colonial American Artifacts.......

Yeah I know, it's not a comment against anyone here or a lack of efforts. I know these forums are a lot of work and mods have pretty much a thankless job, a LOT goes on "behind the scenes."

IIRC, "Indian Artifacts" used to be a main forum here, and then it got knocked back to just a sub-forum, re-named a time or two, and I guess I just don't get it.

It's a very popular forum here, and by the number of threads in the other ones shown above, and those ARE main forums from main, that's what I don't understand is all - why this has to be a sub forum?

I will admit that I have had a hard time finding this forum again when I've lost it a time or two after reformating or getting new computers. It's like trying to find the proverbial needle in the forum haystack.

I agree with you guys. All I know is that it is being worked on. It is hard to find right now and the statistics show it should be a main board like it used to be with the stats showing. The mods can not change format or go in and type in html or code. Hopefully it can be resolved. I know that THUNTR has also brought this up. I think the right decision was made on the renaming though. Good suggestions in my opinion.

I have this forum only (not tnet forums startpage)(saves on having to scroll down and look for AIA forum) saved in my bookmarks on a toolbar in my firefox browser. I'm always one click away from all my best friends :laughing7: :icon_thumright:

I dont understand why it is hard to find :icon_scratch:. Humm, I want to see Indian artifacts, I would look for Artifacts, see the "Artifact forum", there are 5 choices and 4 can be eliminated right away just by the names......Another simple path is to type in "arrowhead artifact" in search box, try it and see what comes up..........

i had to redownload to get back where i was so i'm allright now,but what i can never figure out is why fix something that wasn't broken

They got our stats back up. We will be over 100,000 before long. Thank you.

Remember site was sold, we are operating on different software and server than before....Everything changed due to the new software. Moderators do not own forum, nor can we change the forums setup or design, we have to request the changes from the admins and give reasons why we are requesting the change or why it needs to be change since it is software...

I am trying to get it moved out from under the Pre-Colonial Forum title, which would then make it a full forum, but no promises if it will be agreed to by admins.....

I will update as I know more.....At least now the stats are working.:hello2:

Any reason why the img tags won't work now? It's how I always used to upload pics here.

Trying it thru the upload page that didn't work earlier.
