🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Wooden disk

I feel like I should know that this is but just can't place it. It is wood, made from a section of a tree branch. I assume it was lathe turned. Notice the growth lines and how wavy they get on the outside edge. There is a divot around the edge where a belt, or rope, or some such would have been.... part of an old barn pulley?

Looks like you say, pulley wheel. It may have been a farm-made replacement. Whatever works.

That looks like a pulley to me. But some dang good wood!

Those were once made of persimmon wood,hard,long wearing and has a natural lubricity.
