Wot coil for Excalibur

Unfortunately the Australian company no longer lists them in their catalog. NOS at some dealer may have one.
Good luck in finding one.

I had about 4000 hours on my first WOT, it failed, I repaired it with the manufacturer's help. It lasted another 3000 hours. I then put on a new WOT coil and when it gave up its last target I went back to the original 1000's coil. The WOT worked well on the original Saber, and a couple of 1000s. I now swing the Excalibur 1000 and a Manticore with the M15 coil. I still have the two failed coils and may try a repair on them.

Thank you for this.

I still have an Excal with a 15" WOT, but, I also have one with a 15" NEL Attack coil and find it even better in all respects. I don't know if NEL is still making them, but, you may want to check into one of those instead.

LOL. I have the same setup with reverse discrimination switch, plus a stock Exal II 10" with reverse switch.

I still love the excals. I always take an excal or 2 plus my Equinox 800 when I go beach detecting, usually detect at least 4-8 hr mininum.
