Xterra 50 or Vaquero

Hi, would like some honest opinions from anyone that has used both machines, which one is better for coin and relic hunting in slightly mineralized to highly mineralized ground, and why. Thanks

They're both great machines. Both handle bad soil pretty well. The 50 has a target ID, but the Vaquero doesn't. But the Vaquero is deeper. No question about that. Depends on what you want.

That combination, "coin and relic hunting" is a tough combination when asking about those two machines. I think for any of us to really give you some useful advise we would need to have more info. Joe

Both these machines are fairly equal all around with the Tesoro having the edge in depth and warranty. If you decide on the Vaquero, check with Joe as he sells them.
