Nice finds! Yep the pointy thing is a bayonet scabbard tip. Looks to be from the CW era.

Congratulations on a good hunt. I agree with Almy and Scrounge Wanderer. you have a civil war bayonet scabbard tip and Princes Pat lipstick container. Also I believe your dog tag is a registration number not a date. Most of the dog tags I have seen have a location, a date and a registration number. Since yours only has one number I think it is the number of the dog registered so if found they can identify the owner.

Again nice hunt, stay safe, good luck and keep swingin.

Tough to say but depending on where you are and what took place there it's a good indicator of a time period.
Hard tellin' then one of those sites that had a long span of occupation before abandonment, thanks for responding tho as you seem to know your CW pretty good!

I'm wondering whether the 1874 is a serial number rather than a date?
Might the copper things be cosmetics containers, or at least the one with Princess on it?
We found a very old corroded rabies tag marked 2022 this year. Took us way too long to realize it was not the year but a coincidental serial number! Too far gone to find the year.

no its just blank on the back.I found a 1920 dog tag in a different area. This one looks like it was cut off from the slice in it at the top.
