Looking like it is going to get colder and my season might be all but over so hear is my 2014 haul. I ended up with 30 or so IH but gave some away and put some in my book so not all pictured. I also gave away a few silvers one being a 1907 barber to a kid that I was showing how to use his machine and we found it in his front yard. Had a blast this year even though I came up short on silvers compared to last year. Had a couple firsts and got my brother hooked too so have a hunting partner now which my sister inlaw constantly gives me crap about. Cant wait for next season.

Nice finds! I remember having little keys like that for my toy handcuffs when I was little.

Congrats!

Super year! :hello2::blob9::blob3::hello2: Love your toy vehicles & am very jealous of your many Indians as I've dug none so far, though my son has.

I don't get it how some spouses object to this hobby??? :dontknow: Maybe grumpy spouses are working too hard, so they feel jealous of our leisure-time hobby?:dontknow: My adult son & I have been having a blast detecting for 4 years now. My husband thinks we're totally weird & he has zero interest in what we dig, but instead being grumpy, he often joins us for fast-food before we detect, or joins us to enjoy the beach in his own way if we're beach-detecting. Also the first couple years he & I often cracked up laughing because he'd "seed" a few coins on sidewalks or walls when he & I were walking around town, then we'd laugh if I didn't notice them. Easy as he walks fast & I walk slow, lol. Perhaps the grumpy spouses are doing more than their share of boring housework, yard maintenance, or kiddy-care? If so, a better balance of free time can be worked out by the couple. :laughing7:

Good looking finds there g! I want to dig a Walker so bad I can't stand it haha. Next year maybe.

I think spouses get annoyed by their significant other detecting because it takes up a lot of time, and we tend to get rather obsessed with detecting. I know I do!

Very nice finds, but you had me with the TOYS! Love to find toys.. I found quite a few at first, and haven't seen an old one lately, so nice to know they're still coming up! HH
