    Can anyone decipher any of the marks on this medallion?

    It appears to be an occult amulet or talisman bearing the signs of the zodiac.

    If memory serves me, the instructions to make one of these can be found in the Necronomicon (the book of the dead) as well as uses for.

    looks like a medicine mans medallion has a omega symbol on it but the center looks like medical
