Also the seller has 0 feedback and no other items for sale.
That's an awful lot of red flags in the listing.

Selling to someone in China on eBay is just as bad - "I never received item, want refund".

Amazing! And nothing will be done about it. Is it against our laws to rip off the Chinese? If i had the smarts i would go after all the top dogs in china and magically do the same thing being done to us.

Let me correct that.

Never, Never, Never buy anything electronic from China!

Other items? Generally ok but you're still taking a chance.

Don't buy anything from China assuming it is any form of silver as well. I don't care how many times they write 999 or 925 in their listings.

LOL. I bought a $2.99 14K gold ring from China in order to get feedback restarted on my wife's eBay account. The feedback was instant. A week later they sent me a regretful email that customs was holding the ring and please not open a case. LOL! I just wanted the feedback for a low price, so I just ignored it. The ring was ugly anyway.

I've actually sold a collection of jade to a few people in china. Was worth around 8k. Paid close to 400 to ship it. They were ecstatic. No issues whatsoever. Would have only gotten around 3500 if I sold it in the states.

Sometimes it pays to deal overseas.
