Help Needed with Pewter Mark

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knowledgeable in pewter marks and could give me some information on this mark from a large pewter plate. I am new to collecting pewter. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

Looks like a GR. Could it be English or is it American?
