anyone know anything about this painting or print. Not sure if its a print but the words and signature at the bottom look like they are written in pencil. Did some google searching but could not find about about this paticular piece.

This looks to be a signed print of an original etching or drawing, as prints of etchings are usually signed and/or numbered in pencil. Hope this helps.
