bob robinns drawings

Looking for any info on Bob Robbins from Houston Texas. He is or was a western artist from Houston around 1983. I have six drawings made by him and a couple of them mentioning Ralph Shimmons chaps and saddles. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you confirm the spelling --Robinns--thanks. (I've seen similar names written as Robbins, or Robins, but never Robinns.)
