Whether it's real or not...can't be determined by looking at a picture of it. You can easily tell if it's a reproduction by looking at it and also by touch. This is what I found on the internet about the artist paintings. If it is a real oil painting:

A C. Inness type of painting can cost between $250 and $6500. The price of the painting will depend on its size, condition, originality and if it is signed by the artist. See c inness painting | eBay for more comparisons.


Taking it to an art dealer could give you an idea of what it's worth.
