well i got out to the pawn shop finally since my return from fla.

seems i couldnt seem to remember to bring it when in town.

and lo ...IT WAS 10K. not complete. they offered 10 dollars for it,

so it prob has 20 to 35 worth of gold. ill bet based on what

they usually give for small pieces. yahoo

i was kinda bummed thinkin i didnt get any gold when i

had already found it. what a difference a little kt stamp would have made.

was found in the wet sand with the whites surfmaster 2.

can also be justification for driving 200 miles to buy the used water

machine. as the pirate n tesoro didnt like the wet beach.

feel that big GOLD RUSH feeling now and i did have that feeling

when i dug it. BUT so many times it looks good but izznt.

i also earned 3 silver quarters at my club for monthly finds

as no one else went out. cool

and talked to 5 or 6 other detectorists on the beach none had found any

gold. wow. found on a water pass coming back up to the shallows

and right at the water line. where it was under water as the wave come

in and not when it go out.

I AM COUNTING AS MY FIRST SHALLOW WATER GOLD !!

ILL RISK A REPOST ON THIS PIC
