Which would be the better water detector. I will use this on Florida and Philippine salt beaches. I also may use in fresh water on occasion.

Of the three you have listed the Sand Shark would work better and detect deepest as it is a PI type detector.
That also means you will have no discrimination other than your ear but it will work well.

The Tiger Shark is not suitable for salt water and you would be disappointed with it.

The AT Pro is a VLF type machine with full discrimination and it is waterproof.
This is great for shallow water hunting but if you plan on diving with it dont go deeper than 10 feet.
It also has Tone Discrimination and a visual VID number on the display.
The others you asked about do not have any of that.
I have used the AT PRO here on the Gulf coast of Texas and it works well in salt water.
It is outstanding in fresh water and land hunting.
In its price range ... it is the best all around metal detector on the market today (IMHO).

There are better detectors for salt water hunting but the AT PRO for around $525 is my recommendation based upon actual use in salt water.
Take some of the gold you will find, sell it, and but an Excalibur II at a later date.
