I wish we had coins over here worth that much that were commonly used in circulation. Unfortunately the U.S. quarter is about as big as it gets over here, commonly circulated that is. Welcome to Tnet and good luck hunting. :thumbsup:

Actually, with the right machine we pull out pound coins here in California. I'm using an XP Deus and it seems to be quite DEEP!

I got these 2 last month at a local beach.

Maybe the Brits just get 'sun-struck' and careless with the coins. Never catch a Scot like that, though, would we?
