Broke into 1800's

I smell the Gold but I'm not finding it..yet.

As a consolation I finally broke through the 1900 barrier with a 1889 Indian head cent. And unlike the usual crustry cookie coins this came out clean with only a little abrasion to mar the find. Adjacent to the I.H. found a clean ,although abraded somewhat, Buffalo nickle with a very clear date 1929.

These were found on my NEW Beach in ankle deep water with the PI....at about 5" to 6" deep.

I know I've mentioned it before..that White's PI+ is not new but it's so GOOD that I am deeply in love with it!

HH Joe

Those are really in good shape for how long they must have been buried. That was in salt water? I too am still in love with my White's PIs. Even after 15+ years! I like my old school Excal, but the White's go way deeper and do find it all.
