    Navy Button Help

    I haven't been out beepin' in a looooong time and yesterday I had the itch! I went to the only beach I've ever found older silver coins at hoping for older jewelry. I only scooped some modern clad, barely any trash and the button in the pic below in the quick hour and a half hunt. I've found pictures of it online listed as vintage navy but it's only on sites for sale and I can't find any date/history info. I'm hoping someone here can help me out!

    I say it's a modern jacket button, non military maybe the 80's or 90's ?

    That was my first thought until I found it listed online on an auction site as vintage navy. You're probably right, thanks!
