Not sure where to post this at.. Just picked up this jon boat with a 4 hp out board. Lots of history being passed up due to areas being hard to get to. I hope to be able to find a few of those spots this year . I have an old resort beach from the 20s and 30s located that is fenced off so I hope to find a place to put the boat in not far from there . Has to be some silver and a few rings waiting there in the old swimming area.
I also have a friend that lives on the water that has given me several leads on old bottles under water and areas full of old bricks and what not. Those leads may be good ones and they may turn out to be 20 year old beer bottles but it is all about the hunt.

You may be on to something there. I'd like to see some of the wooded areas you land on. And if you can get to that old resort, surely there's some decent things there.
And if worse comes to worse... you've got a nice crappie boat
