Hi:hello:

Took a couple of hours off from watching the Ryder Cup tournament, and
got some fresh air / exercise detecting in "iffy" weather at the beach....rain threatened, but stayed away.:headbang:

Re-gridded the same eroded area ( took pics of the area today) and found an old tag, two "wheaties" , and some quarters.

Moved up the beach a few yards and recovered a pretty silver ring...(even though all the stones are missing). Too bad about the stones..I like this ring.

The tiny dagger may be from an old "Clue" board game ....still my favorite game; today the "weapons" for the game are made of plastic.

Here's some pics

thanks for looking

Lorraine

Thumbs up! I agree, the ring is very nice, even without it's stones.

WTG,that is a pretty silver ring, you know if among any of your finds you have loose stones you could fill it in & it would make a nice ring or you could go to a craft store & see for any cz stones:icon_thumright:That dagger looks vintage as well,,HH:hello:

Yup, Sonny...it was trying hard to dodge me by slipping through the scoop , but my Eagle eyes & Gray Ghosts snuffed it out.:headbang:

a Jewelry lapidary carry stones in bulk at a reasonable price, with a little jewelers glue you can fix your ring along with any other rings you may have missing stones........nice hit on the silver :sunny:
