After seeing so many hunting AC on Saturday I decided to head south just a little ways and try the wiped out beaches nearby..
It was such a gorgeous mid sixties day and I actually dressed to warm, but managed about 2 1/2 hours..

No jewelry to speak of , neither junk or precious metal :(

I did manage though to find a few oldies and some other sea glass remnants of days gone bye.....

I ended up with :

2- Silver Rosies 1962-D & Unknown date yet 194?

1- Mercury Dime 1942

1- Silver Wartime Nickel 194? S

3- Wheaties- need to be tumbled for dates

Not an enormous amount of clad as can be seen from the pic

a couple of sinkers

some old broken sea glass

a junk charm

couple of decimated Headstamp tops

All and all it was a fun hunt and who can complain about old 4 silvers off the beach and a beautiful day out by the water..

Maybe next time will be some GOLD :)
