A little strange

When I first saw the coin (after cleaning) the marks reminded me of graffiti... like how people will write on paper money but this looked like it was in Japanese type calligraphy!
Looks like someone stabbed poor Mister Barber with knife Kinda strange!

That is strange...there seems to be double line marks all over it, the double marks are all the same width apart and the same length.
