Quickest hunt this year. Season end?

about 1 month ago hurricane/storm simone (40 meter/second winds) shaked up the beaches and yesterday hurricane/storm Sven came by (35-40 M/S)
today 15 m/s winds and almost freezing outside but wanted to go out hunt and this is what my eyes met.
