I eyeballed this find in a shell bed on the beach here in Fl. I spotted the green amidst all the shells and thought I might have found my first Spanish reale or even another emerald! 
It turned out to be a St. Christopher medallion. I finally cleaned off my very 1st piece of silver. After some careful dental picking I did a quick electrolysis. I finally cleaned up my first piece of silver from the Treasure Coast!! The bail was long gone and the back is extremely worn but it's still an exciting find for me! HH everyone!!
