Post Auther plunder!! NC beach got lucky, minumum damage!

We were lucky last night, the eye passed right over us with little damage. Was at the beach for 7am low tide, wasn't what I expected but was some good hunting for a change. Got my second wedding set for the year, 14k stones tested real. A silver ring, two tungstens and some crappers as Max would say. My luck the beach will sand in over night, will plunder it tomorrow mourning and see. GL&HH !

Wow that's incredible. I spent five hours out today in kill devil hills and found nothing but a pile of clad. Getting frustrated for sure. Beaches aren't cut at all. You having luck in the wet or dry sand? I usually walk a mile or so in the wet and then walk the dry sand back.
