Looking for location/contact info on lost ring Lido Key Sarasota

Hey guys,

a while ago I saw a thread with a random reply that said there was a ring lost on Lido Key but not on the beach. The thread wasn't about the ring. The ring comment was randomly dropped into the thread.
It went missing during a paddle board or kayak trip, one of the 2, can't remember which.
Now, I can't find the posting, therefor can't contact poster for more info.

I'm down to hunt for it but have no info on it. If I find a ring I have no one to contact to identify it either.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about let me know.

Todd i dont remember that thread. You might check Craigs list. I saw one on there but its been some time ago .... but it was the long boat key area which most of it is gated. If its Lido...... GL there too, they just renurished the beach area.

I know. I was out on Lido a few days ago. That replenishment is terrible. Good for tourists, but bad for us. I haven't hunted for this lost ring yet. It's not on the beach. It's on the east side at the kayak put in.
