Hi guys,

I took a bit of time today to enjoy a little scuba hunt. My wife and friends were enjoying the beach and I was enjoy it underwater...

2 Golds rings and about 30 coins from 1912 to 1965. This beach has never been cleaned underwater...this is sure!

Must be nice! Nice finds:occasion14:

Wasn't very lucky during the last months I've found many recent coins underwater from 1815 to 1960 (almost no value in Europe) but didn't found any bling bling...only junk rings and earings.

So I was VERY happy to enjoy the color of gold again, one yellow gold and one half white/half yellow gold.

CTX 3030 is always brillant underwater, but I could compare with an Excalibur II running in PP mode: you need to digg on little sounds with CTX that you will usually skip....

And i thought paying for equipment and repairs from my finds was a challenge sometimes. You got some major bucks in equipment.

Most of the equipment I use to scuba detect in low depth is "old".... I never sell my finds (antique finds) except the gold from beach hunting. It covers the annual expenses of MD material, gas of the boat and diving equipment. Those 2 gold rings can nearly pay a new MD....

Beach MD is the only hobby that pays for itself....
