Weekend Beach Hunt

Took advantage of the weather and hit the the wet low tide sand on Saturday with the cz 21. Running in auto tune pretty much digging everything. No gold but a good hunt just the same. A lot of the targets were deep. One other guy showed up to detect. He went straight to the wet sand. Dug a couple of holes and moved to the dry. I found 26 cents in the sand he took out and target with a nickel a foot away.
Went back on Sunday this time using the DFX. Had a friend with me using the golden umax. Found less change and an earning. Nothing to shout about and not going as deep as with the the cz2. My friend got a signal with the golden. I checked it and got nothing. I rescanned and got a bad signal. Sounded good on the tesoro. It was crusty penny. It was one of those hmmm moments. Lorraine: I seen some really good fines from you this past year. Change wise you don't do to bad up here most of the time. You can always count on a a lot of pennies for sure. Let me explain. I was going to post something on a different thread but I put it here by mistake. I could not delete it. I'm not sure that clears it up but regardless I always have fun detecting. Sorry for confusion.

Thanks for sharing, I went today on the beach and found 3 quarters and 2 dimes. Sanded in pretty bad here but the high winds and surf may change something tomorrow. We shall see.
