The only thing I can make out is that the body of the electronics box may be yellow.

Swing? LOL I was thinking about towing it with a trolling motor!

If I get a response I will gladly post it. It is probably on a PI machine anyway and would be useless here in Michigan. I would be digging cans a mile down in the muck!

I got a response but I am still lost. I emailed him again. It is an Elsec model 2000 OR 5000 made in England. However it only shows a 10" coil. It is a PI unit. That might be a killer in trash free salt water!

From the photo, it looks to be about 2 feet in diameter. I wonder how it responds to small targets, like a dime or small ring.

Well it is the Elsec 2000. They don't make that model any more and they don't make that coil anymore. Your only choice of coil is the 10" RATS. Pinpointing? LOL, that should be fun. I couldn't use it in a fresh water lake anyway. I would be digging cans, propellers, boat anchors and boat motors all day long.

On a clean Florida beach it might hit some super deep targets though. The long rod is to keep the machine from picking up your tank, weights and other dive gear.
