Can you believe my luck...or lack thereof.
Just found another cremation tag and this time it even has the name and location of the crematorium - Dobies Crematory in Hudson Fl. Hudson is about 30 miles north of Clearwater.

For you poor suckers who don't know, Cremation tags are proven BAD LUCK. Last time I found 2 and I didn't find gold for 3 whole, long, excruciating months...until I threw them back where they belonged - the very next day I found gold!!! (No Poop). BAD LUCK. Period. Nothing more to be said. Move on. As for me? Even though it is a cool tag, I'm going to return it to the Gulf now that I've photographed it. I also ask "08425" for forgiveness for disturbing the most beautiful beach view on the west coast of Florida.

I've dug one cremation tag on new Smyrna beach. I still have it and I do believe you might be onto something with the bad luck. My detecting finds ever since have been pathetic!

Sent from a spun out toilet paper tube (one ply)!!!

I found a peanut allergy bracelet yesterday. I'm just glad there wasn't a skeleton attached to it!

I found a cupple wax voodoo dolls wrapped up in foil. I didn't know what I had tell I got to my buddies house, unwrapped them and seen the metal pins sticking out of the two figures. Well I ended up taking them back later that night. Now I can't say for sure if any bad luck followed me after that. That was a cupple years ago.

I returned the Cremation tag to the Gulf - Clearwater beach to beach exact...(pun intended). If ya find it keep it and see what happens... and report back after a couple of miserable weeks!
