“Notions and speculations.” This is the groundwork that every hopeful claimant has applied as the basis of his work, and so it only goes to reason that these same notions and speculations will remain as the contributing factors in the progress of that continued work flow. This is why the question; “What facts did you have to work with before you began you work” becomes so important and so revealing. This is why whenever that question is asked of these claimants that these claimants suddenly become deathly quiet, the cold reality that they had no known facts to work with in the very beginning suddenly hitting them like a smoldering dagger. This is why no relevant answer ever comes, because they suddenly realize that they had no actual facts to guide them and their continued work flow in the first place, just personal notions and speculations.

“Complete unknowns,” what are they? By definition they are nothing, yet through exploration and speculation they can become anything, anything at all, their status as complete unknowns allowing for this human creativity. But as impressive and as extensive as some of this exploration and speculation might be it is all still just the product of human creativity, something that has been manufactured and molded around all of the existing complete unknowns.

The Beale story and the ciphers within, there exist absolutely no confirmation that either are real and so their status is that of complete unknowns. Before anyone can begin any type of an accurate work flow in pursuit of accurate discovery the current status of the Beale story and the ciphers within has to change, there has to be in the injection of confirming facts, to which there still exist none. Notion and speculation will only result in more of the same and perhaps some circumstantial evidences, because that's all it can ever produce, because that notion and speculation is what has charted the course of the pursued work flow.

I have taken part in, and studied, many-many claims of accurate process and solution over the years and they all have only one thing in common, they all began from simple notion and speculation and they all lacked any known facts in the beginning, the wide range of solutions and overall randomness of their outcomes becoming far too easy to accurately predict. It is a never ending and hugely repeated process of self-inflicted human illusion, and all due to the complete absence of any applied fact in the beginning, because there are none. So is it any surprise that there is never any relevant or conclusive fact in these claims of solution in the end? No, because there can't be. What there is in the end, however, is the overwhelming desire to succeed where so many before them have failed. And that, at very least, is commendable however misguided it might be. :icon_thumright:

Ehh, well.
Better a hit with a smoldering dagger for some , than the brutal slap of reality.
All play and no work can't be good. Besides ,the game is worth .....

Been recovering the real stuff every year for a long time now. "If we're going to pursue treasure then let us pursue those treasures we know to exist." This is what I do in the warmer months, find some every year. :icon_thumleft:
