You added a very exciting start to my Saturday morning with my coffee in hand.

I'm lucky enough to spend a few months in Europe this summer and will bring 2 metal detectors with me. I'm niot at all interested in monetary treasure but rather historical artifacts which I believe are even more valuable in the long run.

I think you did some good research before finding those hoards. Am I correct?

At one stage on the banner,last night there were hundreds of silver coins, eight gold coins and loads of other cool stuff. ( The first and last banners were both found with aces-lol- yours and Monty's)

Hi-

As regards your hoard-
At the end of the day you will be given a very small remuneration.

Try and get your government to let you have your reward-200 (for example)of the coins -In Coins- certified- in your name as the finder.

to put them on the open market as and When you want. Only 200 ever. It will cost them nothing- but be very beneficial to all concerned.

Let the market decide. Authentic treasure carries a premium.
