No clue as to what the Asian looking bottle says. Maybe it says Keep Digging! Thanks for the replies guys. I hope we hit another Banner Hole this season. It will not be from a lack of trying. jgas

I know you dig some deep ones, but pulling an Asian bottle out of a pit might be a clue that you went a bit to deep

I found this weird Chinese dictionary site on the internet where it allows you to draw various symbols with your mouse, and then it translates them. Even though I experimented with it a number of times and ways, the best I could come up with for your Asian bottle was something along the lines of ... (3 characters left to right).

But please don't hold me to this, as it was not as easy to do as it might sound. And I could be way off on my translation. But that's pretty much what kept coming up after I made numerous attempts. If I am even close on the translation, maybe it has something to do with the disease Malaria.

Please let us know if you ever get a for sure translation. Maybe take the bottle to a Chinese restaurant, market, or someplace similar.

Hey thanks for the replies guys. SodaBob, the hobbleskirt was a local one here in South Bend. I have to look at the rest. The top is broken off of it though . Thanks for looking into the asian bottle. Good idea about taking it to a local asian place for translation. I would not be surprised if it is something that refers to malaria though.
DJH, yea this pit was deep but that 12 footer was kinda rediculous ...I will let ya know when I reach the continent of Asia! jgas
