    Any info on this one????

I sold one of these on ebay a year or so ago and as I said in my description of it that I had only seen 3 in my life. It just so happend that I found them all at the same time in the same place. I live in Arkansas and not from El Dorado(pronounced here as L DOE RAY DOE) but havent been able to come up with much info. SBB and everyone else, if y'all can scratch up any info I would appreciate it...d2

As I am not all that familiar with your "Electric Beverages" bottle, I am pretty much just guessing on this one. But based on the condition and gut instinct, I'd say it is at least a $25.00 to $50.00 bottle ... especially to an Arkansas collector. Which makes a huge difference regarding most soda bottles. Locals usually pay more.

I have a book that list about 7,000 of the appx 10,000 known brands, and it just list "Electric" as one of them. So I am not sure if the 1920s/30s art deco bottle shown below is related to yours or not. It is embossed Electric "Pure" Beverages. I do know they made your particular acl (painted label) from around the late 1940s on into the mid 1960s. But what (if any) variations there might be, I'm not sure.

What was the date on the one you sold on e-bay, and how much did it go for?

    Thanks,

    SBB

I cant read the numbers on the bottom very well but I think they are: 2 478 around the rim at the top and at the bottom: 6L O W0 The numbers across the middle are indeceipherable. I cant figure out how to read them they are awful faint. When we sold the one on ebay we got 67 bucks and some change...d2
